Hospices are establishments that give terminally ill patients the dignity and respect that human beings deserve by offering clinical, emotional and spiritual support.

The continually increasing standard of living in South Africa, with rising food prices and high rates of electricity, places an additional strain on establishments.

Commitment and Respect form part of the Goldrush values. We drive those values by continuing to be committed to giving back to the less fortunate and affording those who are destitute the respect they deserve by improving the circumstances in which they live.

Goldrush is proud to be funding the living expenses of the Sunshine Coast Hospice, Good Samaritan Hospice and Camdeboo Hospice in the Eastern Cape.
